ST-ART 2024: the contemporary art fair in Strasbourg
If you are a modern art lover or collector, come from November 29 to December 1, 2024 for the 28th edition of ST-ART. It is the 2nd largest French contemporary art fair.
Nearly 60 renowned French and foreign galleries will set up shop at the Strasbourg exhibition center to offer you a unique artistic experience.
Each year, the event brings together several thousand visitors, curious or professional, all passionate about art.
For this new 2024 edition, several galleries will be highlighted such as the Arnoux gallery in Paris, the Pigment gallery in Barcelona, the Robert Dantec gallery in Nantes or Pascal Gobert in Paris.
With its artists and its many galleries, Belgium shines on the European art scene.
That is why around ten Belgian galleries will be there to celebrate contemporary Belgian creation.
Among the big names to be found, find Martine Ehmer or Guy Pieters.
Glass creators will be highlighted in particular with an exhibition of old and contemporary works at the Lalique museum.
Remember that glass and crystal are central elements in the history of the Vosges.
The Catalan sculptor Joan Crous, specializing in hot glass arts, will also present one of his compositions.
Since 1997, the fair has continued to support young creation.
This year, a Young European Creation Prize will be awarded at the fair, while the Théophile Schuler Prize will reward an artist under 35 years old living in Alsace.
The Haute École des Arts du Rhin will set up a third place where activities, debates and conferences will be offered.
